Poke is relaxing on the cage like a normal cockatiel.

Neko Atsume: Kitty Collector

I started playing Neko Atsume: Kitty Collector back when the game was only in Japanese. I kept seeing screenshots from the game on Tumblr, and it didn’t take long for me to want to play it.

The game is sort of like a more modern, more adorable, tamagotchi. Only, when you run out of food – the cats don’t die. One can assume they are visiting another player.

In this blog, I have “photo screenshots” of all the cats that I have collected. They are presented here in the order they appear in the Catbook.

An American Demon – by Jack Grisham

To be honest, I had absolutely no idea what to expect from this book when I first picked it up. It came to me through a book club that I completely failed to keep up with. I wasn’t entirely certain whether this book was supposed to be fiction or non-fiction, and I had not heard of the author.

This is a really good example of why it can be awesome to jump into a book that you know nothing about. I found the book compelling from start to finish. What would a demon write in his memoir? It was time for me to find out!

Flight Rising: Night of the Nocturne – 2016

Last year, Flight Rising did an event called Night of the Nocturne. It lasted from December 25, 2014, to January 4, 2015. This year, Night of the Nocturne returned. I’m not sure what day it started, but it ended on January 2, 2016.

Last year, I obtained two Nocturne dragons (one male and one female). I didn’t feel the need to put in an effort to obtain more this year. Instead, I ended up with some other cool stuff. All of the artwork in this post is copyright of Flight Rising.
