Qiwoot is a hardcore Monk that found the Horadric Hamburger in Whimsydale, which he visited while he was working through Chapter II of the Season Journey.  He is wearing the two pieces of the Raiment of a Thousand Storms set that he earned by completing Chapter II.

In this blog, I focus on Qiwoot’s adventure through Chapter III of the Season Journey.  It went much faster than the previous Chapters, mostly because I was able to complete many of the objectives long before I unlocked Chapter III.

I like to do all of the Bounties, for all of the Acts, at the start of a new Season.  Doing this makes getting through Chapter III fast, because the you end up completing five of the Chapter III objectives right away.  Then, when you get to Chapter III, you have much less to do.

Tristram’s Most Wanted: Obtain an Act I bounty cache.

Caldeum’s Most Wanted: Obtain an Act II bounty cache.

Arreat’s Most Wanted: Obtain an Act III bounty cache.

Heaven’s Most Wanted: Obtain an Act IV bounty cache.

Hey There Kadala: Spend Blood Shards at Kadala. Kadala has a 10% chance to give you a Legendary.

Westmarch’s Most Wanted: Obtain an Act V bounty cache.

Level I Seasonal Cubist:  Extract a Legendary power using Kanai’s Cube.

The first thing I put into Kanai’s Cube was The Crudest Boots.  It gives Monks two Mystic Allies (instead of one).

The Rock: Craft a Gem of Imperial or greater quality at the Jeweler.  Socketing an Emerald into your weapon increases your Critical Hit Damage, and is a big damage boost.

The remaining objectives had to be completed on Master difficulty.

Master: Complete a Nephalem Rift on Master difficulty or higher.

Falling Away: Kill Diablo at level 70 on Master difficulty or higher.

De-Lust: Kill Cydaea at level 70 on Master difficulty or higher.

Players who completed Chapter III of the Season Journey in Season 11 got their second Haedrig’s Gift.

I’m playing a Monk in Season 11, so the second Haedrig’s Gift gave me the Shoulders and Boots from the Raiment of a Thousand Storms.

The Mantle of the Upside-Down Sinners are the Shoulders for The Raiment of a Thousand Storms. The flavor text says:  Elemental energy engulfs the monk blog enough to don this mantle, eager to be unleashed against the monk’s enemies.

The Eight-Demon Boots have flavor text that says: “Infused with the powers of wind, lightning, all that kind of thing!  Then again…a couple of extra demons never hurt.” – Yolk Chen

Qiwoot now has four pieces of the Season 11 set piece for Monks – The Raiment of a Thousand Storms.
