Today’s pollen count is 9.5, which is a little better than yesterday’s 9.7 (but doesn’t actually feel any different to me).
I am paying for going outside yesterday and playing Pokémon GO. I’m experiencing really bad sinus pressure, I’m sneezing, my nose is running, and I’m nauseous. The nausea is probably from “allergy stomach.”
So far, I’ve managed to eat part of a mint dark chocolate candy bar in the hopes the mint would help my stomach settle. It didn’t.
I’m really tired today because I have fibromyalgia and I walked around a lot yesterday. My hope was that I could go outside and play Pokémon GO with my husband again today, but that’s not going to happen. I’m too sick.
Somehow, I forget that I will require a “recovery day” after walking around outside (especially when the pollen is high). My body reminds me.
