Today’s pollen count is 8.6.  Anything 7 or above makes me sick

My wonderful husband brought home not one, but two, Kleenex boxes for me.

That’s what love looks like.

After 22 days of too much pollen, I have so much inflammation in my body that I woke up with sinus pain, despite sleeping in a room with an air cleaner and with windows and doors shut.

The inflammation has caused my rheumatoid arthritis to act up and my joints are stiff and sore.

The inflammation has caused several fibromyalgia “pain points” to ache and throb and to make me wince when I accidentally bump them.

I’m still nocturnal, in an effort to avoid being conscious when the pollen is at the highest point. I’m struggling.  There is no cure for allergies.
