Utah Governor Wouldn’t Sign Anti-Trans Bills

There has been a whole lot of anti-transgender bills going through the legislature of various states. These types of bills all have one thing in common: their entire purpose is to harm people who are transgender.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox (Republican) refused to sign an anti-transgender bill that, if passed, would have prevented girls who are transgender from participating in girls K-12 sports. This is good news for not only transgender girls, but also their families. The Governor also signaled he would veto a bill that would prevent young transgender people from accessing appropriate medical care.

Plaza De Fiesta is one of the “extra” towns in Kitchen Scramble. Players don’t have to do them in order to make progress through the game. They can sometimes be fun to try, though. Plaza De Fiesta translates to “Party Square”.

Judge Dismissed NRA Bankruptcy Case

The NRA tried to run away from the legal consequences of its actions. It didn’t work.

A federal judge has dismissed the National Rifle Association’s bankruptcy case on May 11, 2021. This is bad news for the NRA, who hoped that the judge would allow them to leave the state of New York and flee to Texas to avoid facing legal consequences. This is a victory for New York Attorney General Leticia James, who can now pursue the state’s enforcement action against the NRA.

Here’s Why Anti-Trans Laws Are Not Legal

Federal protections override state laws that attempt to take away those protections. This means that the anti-trans laws that some states have passed into law are not legal – and can be overturned by the federal government.

Season 23: Malthael and More

Reasons To Love Opting-Out of Tracking

Apple released its App Tracking Transparency feature with the iOS 14.5 update – and it is wonderful! For the first time, people can tell the apps that they have put on their iPhone or iPad to stop tracking them. It feels good to prevent apps from grabbing my data!

Diablo Immortal Closed Alpha: Blacksmith

In this video, my Crusader started off at Level 22. Part of this video is about figuring out where to find the Achievements and how to maneuver through the interface that shows Bounties, dungeons, and more. The main part of this video involves the Blacksmith.
