Sanguine Flight Wings were offered to players for a limited time. To obtain them, you had to login to Diablo III. It was announced on June 3, 2022, in a Blizzard News post.

Diablo III: Wings of Valor

Wings of Valor were given to all Diablo III players who preordered the Diablo III Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition. The Wings of Valor could not be claimed after March 31, 2014.

Diablo III: Prime Evil Wings

Prime Evil Wings were given to all Diablo III players who logged into the game after June 29, 2020. These wings were part of the Diablo II 20th Anniversary celebration.

It is not clear exactly how long these wings will be made available.
