Today, the pollen count is 8.9. It could be a whole lot better, but I guess it will do. It’s not like I get a choice about how high the pollen count will be.

The only good thing about today was that the Chicago Cubs had their first game of the season at Wrigley Field – and had a big ceremony before it because they won the 2016 World Series.

Although I’m not in a ton of sinus pain today, the pollen count is still more than high enough to mess with my allergies. I’m exhausted.

Today, the pollen count is a wonderful 5.4. I have no idea why, because it isn’t raining and it’s a little windy.

Sleeping too much AND taking naps.

It is raining raining raining today, and I LOVE it!

I slept for twelve hours straight.

My sinus pressure got so bad last evening that I was forced to take half a Benadryl – which knocked me out.

I slept for eleven hours straight.

Woke up exhausted and my sinuses hurting. I have no appetite whatsoever, but am trying to eat something anyway.

I’m falling into a pattern that isn’t making me happy.

I just don’t care anymore. I have lost the ability to focus.

A pollen count of 10.5 is more than enough to affect people who don’t have pollen allergies.

How long will this Spring Pollen Season go on? Nobody knows! I find that extremely frustrating. In general, its easier for me to cope with awfulness if I KNOW that there will be an endpoint and exactly WHEN that endpoint will be.
