I’m falling into a pattern that isn’t making me happy.

Stay up late to get some paid work done.

Start getting symptoms as the sun comes up.

Decision time: Fight my way through it and maybe get some more work done, or give up and go to sleep in the hopes of getting work done later.

Doesn’t matter which one I pick – sleep always wins and drags me out of reality and productivity for more hours than you might think.

Wake up with allergy symptoms because I forgot to take medications before I slept (or my allergy medication ran out and I slept through when I was supposed to take the next dose).

Frantically try to write the paid work before my energy level drops again.

Get distracted, over and over again, and end up working very slowly.

Stay up late to get some paid work done…
