Flight Rising has many breeding achievements.  Pair two of your dragons in the Nesting Grounds. Cross your fingers, and hope.  There is a chance that the dragons might produce a baby that has a “special” gene.  That’s basically how it works.

Of course, the babies can’t have a particular “special” gene if neither of the parents have it.  Even then, it is a bit of a gamble – and that makes things more exciting.  I have earned the Sun Flecked Achievement and the Dappled Achievement from one nest of dragon eggs.  All of the artwork in this post is copyright of Flight Rising.

One of the things you can do with your dragons in Flight Rising is take them to the Coliseum and let them battle.  You can choose to battle against the dragons of other players, or you can have them fight against monsters in a non-player character (NPC) battle.

So far, I’ve stuck with playing against “the computer”.  My goal is to get at least one of my dragons to level 10.  That hasn’t happened yet, but I did earn the Warrior Achievement.  All of the artwork in this post is copyright of Flight Rising.

Flight Rising is a game that is primarily about managing your Lair of dragons.  There are also a bunch of fun achievements that you can earn.  One of them is called “Getting a Little Cramped”. This is an achievement that you will, eventually, earn over time.

The Ice Sprite Familiar in Flight Rising is only available for a limited amount of time.  (Unless, of course, you happen to find one on the Auction House).

There are several breeding achievements in Flight Rising.  The only way to earn them is to breed two dragons and hope that they will produce at least one baby with a particular “special” gene. There is a bit of randomness to how the babies will turn out.

You can give each of your Flight Rising dragons a familiar.  It is sort of like a pet for one of your dragons.  Click on the familiar, every day, and you receive treasure.

There are many achievements that you can earn in the Flight Rising game.  Some are for breeding dragons with a certain gene.  Others are for slaying a certain number of enemies in battle.

Recently, Flight Rising re-enabled their Achievements. I’ve been working on trying to earn the some of the breeding ones (that you get if your dragons produce a baby with a particular gene). So far, this is working quite well! All of the artwork in this post is copyright of Flight Rising.

The next pair of dragons that were ready to breed (and that had not produced babies yet) were Sassafras and Few. I was very curious to see what their babies would look like!
