The Surge Dragons Collection is one of many collections that players can complete in Dragon Mania Legends. All of the dragons in this collection have the Energy element. The reward for completing the Surge Dragons collection is 5 Gems.
Dragon Mania Legends has a lot of things to do in it besides collecting dragons. You can send your dragons into battle, breed them with other dragons, and make them fight in dungeons. There are also events that only last for a limited-time.
This is what a Tesla Dragon Egg looks like.
The Dragon Mania Legends Wiki says that the Tesla Dragon is a normally-breedable dragon. It can be obtained through the breeding of two dragons who together have the Energy and Metal Elements. Players must have reached Level 19 before they can breed a Tesla Dragon.
This is what a Tesla Dragon hatchling looks like. It has the Energy Element and the Metal Element, so it can be placed in either an Energy Habitat or a Metal Habitat. Tesla Dragons are Common.
This is what a baby Tesla Dragon looks like. It has the light purple and dark purple colors that were on the egg it hatched from. The top of its egg had a Tesla Coil on it, and the Tesla Dragon has some of those coils growing on its back and tail. It can’t do much with them yet, but they are there.
The Tesla Dragon has absolutely nothing to do with the electric vehicles made by a company run by the self-titled “Technoking of Tesla“. Instead, it is inspired by the Tesla Coil made by Nikola Tesla.
This is what an adult Tesla Dragon looks like. It has grown more coils on its back, and can spread electricity between the back and tail coils. The spikes on its head are larger, too.
This is what a Meteor Dragon egg looks like.
The Dragon Mania Legends Wiki says that the Meteor Dragon is a normally-breedable dragon. It can be obtained by breeding two dragons that together have the Energy and Fire Elements. Players must reach Level 19 before they can breed a Meteor Dragon.
At first glance, the Meteor Dragon egg reminded me of the color and pattern that one would see on a giraffe. Eventually, I could see that the egg was supposed to look like a cracking meteor that was still molten inside.
This is what a Meteor Dragon hatchling looks like. It has the Energy Element and the Fire Element, so it can be placed in either an Energy habitat or a Fire habitat. Meteor Dragons are Uncommon.
You’ve collected a new dragon! These dragons are heavier than they look! Yesterday, after one landed, it left behind a crater. At least now this trainer no longer has to pay for the installation of a swimming hole.
This is what a baby Meteor Dragon looks like. It does not resemble the egg it hatched out very much. The color of its body seems to match the glowing spaces around the scales on the outside of its egg.
Why does it have red, glowing horns, and a red, molten, blob on its tail? My best guess is that those parts of the dragon are meant to resemble a meteor that is falling through the atmosphere and igniting.
I put the Meteor Dragon into a Fire Habitat. This dragon’s body matches the color of the lava.
This is what an adult Meteor Dragon looks like. Both his horns, and his tail, have grown bigger. It appears they grew fast enough to develop some cracks that reveal the dragon’s molten interior. The end of this dragon’s tail is also has glowing cracks, and has become a more effective bludgeoning weapon.
This is what a Brick Dragon egg looks like.
The Dragon Mania Legends Wiki says the Brick Dragon is a normally-breedable dragon. It can be obtained by breeding two dragons that together have the Energy and Earth Elements. Players must reach Level 19 before they can breed a Brick Dragon.
The Brick Dragon egg is a brick-red color. It appears to have been fashioned out of little chips of bricks that that splintered off a brick that had been dropped on a hard surface.
This is what a Brick Dragon hatchling looks like. It has the Energy Element and the Earth Element, so it can be placed in either an Energy Habitat or a Fire Habitat. Brick Dragons are Uncommon.
You’ve collected a new dragon! This trainer loves all his dragons equally… but the phrase “dumb as a brick” does come to mind when he’s trying to train the Brick Dragon.
This is what a baby Brick Dragon looks like. He appears to be growing a brick out of the top of his head. Parts of this dragon, like the head and the upper legs, look brick-like. The Brick Dragon very strongly resembles the egg it hatched out of!
I put the Brick Dragon into an Earth Habitat because bricks are often made from dirt, clay or sand.
This is what a Brick Dragon adult looks like. The tiny scales on its back have grown out and are now brick shaped. The brick on the top of its head is still there, but larger now. The tail and the back of the dragon look like they were made by placing bricks in a row and sticking them together.
The Brick Dragon looks like it was formed by a wizard who tried to summon an Earth Elemental while thinking about a powerful dragon he had just read about. By mistake, the wizard unintentionally ended up with a dragon that looks like a sentient pile of bricks.
This is what a Rainbow Dragon egg looks like.
The Dragon Mania Legends Wiki says the Rainbow Dragon is a normally-breedable dragon. It can be obtained by breeding two dragons who together have the Energy Element and the Water Element. Players must have reached Level 19 in order to breed a Rainbow Dragon.
This is what a Rainbow Dragon hatchling looks like. It has the Energy Element and the Water Element. It can be placed in either an Energy Habitat or a Water Habitat. Rainbow Dragons are Uncommon.
This is what a Rainbow Dragon baby looks like. It is absolutely adorable! It is multi-colored with a teeny little mohawk on its head. The tail of this dragon appear to be sprouting something purple.
I put the Rainbow Dragon into an Energy Habitat for two reasons. One, dragons with the Energy Element can shoot lightning. Two, I didn’t like the idea of putting a lightning-producing dragon into a Water Habitat.
This is what an adult Rainbow Dragon looks like. Its horns have become larger, and it now has small wings. The mokawk on this dragon’s head are in rainbow colors, as is the end of its tail. Even the body of the Rainbow Dragon follows the rainbow theme, with red on the top of its head and other colors blending across its face and body. To me, the Rainbow Dragon would fit right in at a Pride parade or festival!
