I have three cockatiels.
Inside their cage is two food dishes, one water dish, two perches that can each comfortably fit one bird, two perches that can comfortably fit two birds, and three swings.
They started making irritated noises, so I went to check on them. It is early morning here, and still dark outside.
All three were crowded in the corner. One on a food dish, on the water dish, and the other on a perch. They didn’t like it, but no one would move until I made them.
After that, they were able to settle down and go back to sleep.
