The Season 8 version of Chapter III of the Season Journey was fairly easy for me to complete. My Barbarian was prepared for Master Difficulty, which was the minimum difficulty setting that a player could complete Chapter III objectives on.
I earned three of the Chapter III objectives before I unlocked Chapter III.
Lets Get Started: Learn 5 Blacksmith Recipes.
Hey There Kadala: Spend Blood Shards at Kadala. Kadala has a 10% chance to give you a Legendary.
Level I Seasonal Cubist: Extract a Legendary power using Kanai’s Cube.
The Rock: Craft a Gem of Imperial or greater quality at the Jeweler. Socketing an Emerald into your weapon increases your Critical Hit Damage, and is a big damage boost.
Change Clothes: Transmogrify an item at the Mystic.
Just Look At You!: Learn 5 Jewelcrafting Recipes.
Penetrate & Defenestrate: Kill Urzael at level 70 on Master difficulty or higher.
Sanctuary’s Most Wanted: Complete All Act I through Act V bounties in a single game.
Return of the Skeleton King: Kill the Skeleton King at Level 70 on Master difficulty or higher.
Master: Complete a Nephalem Rift on Master difficulty or higher.
SEASON JOURNEY (CHAPTER III) COMPLETE!
Players that competed Chapter III in Season 8 received their second Haedrig’s Gift. It automatically appears in your mailbox, and you have to get it out of there before you can open it.
Each Haedrig’s Gift contains at least two of the set pieces that match the class of the character that opens Haedrig’s Gift. I was playing a Barbarian in Season 8, so my Haedrig’s Gifts will give me pieces from the Immortal King’s Call Set.
Immortal King’s Stride is the name of the boots from the Immortal King’s Call set. The flavor text says: The king of the barbarians strode the world like a god.
Immortal King’s Tribal Binding is the name of the Belt from the Immortal King’s Call set. The flavor text says: The mark of the king adorns this belt.
I now had a total of 4 pieces of the Immortal King’s Call set. Players who equip 4 pieces of that set are able to “Reduce the cooldown of Wrath of the Berserker and Call of the Ancients by 3 seconds for every 10 fury you spend with an attack.”
