In this video, my Diablo III Monk started with 76 Paragon Points. She completed a Nephalem Rift on Torment III. After that, she killed Ghom on Torment IV difficulty.
My Monk started this video with an explanation of what I did off-camera. She gambled with Kadala and got better pants (that were not a set piece).
She also completed a Greater Rift 16, which is Torment III difficulty. The game offered access to Greater Rift 18, but past experience showed that my Monk was not ready to do that yet.
The last thing my Monk did in this video was to kill Ghom on Torment IV difficulty.

Achievement completed (in a video I deleted):
- Riftacular: Finish a level 70 Nephalem Rift on Torment III difficulty or higher.
My Monk had 79 Paragon Points at the end of this video.
