In this video, my Monk started swapping out pieces of what I think of as the “Tyrael” set with a few pieces from the Inna’s set. Next, she completed a Torment V Nephalem Rift, followed by two Greater Rifts. Still cannot get the Mystic to put a socket on a weapon!

If I were to take a guess, I think that the reason the Mystic is not giving me a socket could be due to something in the Altar. One of the circles on the Altar made all weapons and armor level 1.
