I wrote “What’s Stuck to the Ceiling Now?” back in 2003, as part of a book that I was writing about my childhood. I quickly abandoned the project after realizing that I didn’t have very many lighthearted stories to share. This piece is the third – and final – remnant of that writing attempt. It is about a reoccurring problem that most families don’t have to deal with.
