A few of us from the Shattered Soulstone podcast were invited to attend the Launch Party for the Diablo III: Reaper of Souls expansion. Those that attended received a Collectors Edition and had the opportunity to have it signed by many of the people who were involved with the game (in one way or another). I am incredibly grateful to have been invited to this event and happy to have met so many wonderful people.
I decided to do an unboxing of my autographed Collectors Edition of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls. I’m doing it with photos instead of a video. The photos will give you a clearer look at the signatures on the box.
Here is a good look at the signatures that are on the front of the box.
When the front filled up, I started asking people to sign anywhere that they could find space. The back had lots of room.
The sides were also a good place to sign.
The top also had room for signatures.
Open up the Collectors Edition, and there’s Malthael! He must be guarding the “loot” that is inside the box.
What’s in the box? Plenty of goodies, including the Reaper of Souls Collectors Edition Soundtrack.
Here is what we have all been waiting for! This is the Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Game DVD!
There were four cards with codes on them inside the box. Obviously, I made sure the codes did not appear in the photo. (That wouldn’t have been smart.)
The first one is for Hearthstone. There are three codes on that card that can be used to get special packs of cards in Hearthstone. The Diablo Guest Pass code is to be used by someone who is not me and who wants to try out Diablo III. There is also a Guest Pass code for Starcraft and one for World of Warcraft.
This is the Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Behind the Scenes DVD. I am curious to see what will be on it. I love the behind the scenes art/game mechanics stuff.
Malthael on a mousepad!
This book is The Art of Diablo Reaper of Souls. I’m looking forward to spending time pouring over the amazing artwork that I’m certain is inside the book.
